Episode #9266 - Hot Off The Presses: You Ain't Shyt
Augusta, GA - Jeffery Hickson, a 39-year-old Georgia man, was arrested Wednesday after he threatened to kill his daughter if she didn't drink with him.

According to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched after a 9-year-old girl was hospitalized with a blood alcohol count of .165 (over twice the legal limit for a DUI.)
Deputies say Hickson forced his daughter to drink beer, threatening that if she refused, he would kill her.
The young girl, fearing for her life, drank so much alcohol, she would later have her stomach pumped to avoid alcohol poisoning.
Investigators say the girl, who was visiting her father for the night, called her mother in tears begging to be picked up. When Hickson found out about the call, he forced the girl into a car, drove out to a wooded area and forced the girl to get out of the car. After Hickson received a phone call, he returned back to the home, where the girl's mother was waiting.
The 9-year-old was then taken to a local hospital where she was treated and released.
Hickson was booked into the Richmond County Jail on charges of child cruelty, child endangerment, DUI and marijuana possession. Deputies say he was also driving on a suspended license, suspended registration and had no insurance.
