Scarification, which is what this keloid fool did, is when you go to a tattoo/piercing parlor and the piercer gets a knife (similar to an x-acto) and cuts on outline into the skin, then he or she will acually remove the skin and the design be on the skin. After a few months, it will heal up and the scar left on the body will be in the shape of whatever the person got cut into the skin. It looks really cool...if the person doesn't have keloid skin.
