INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A 3-month-old boy is in critical condition
Friday after suffering injuries in a sexual assault, according to an
affidavit.
Detectives for the Indian River County Sheriff's Office charged Jermaine Williams, 23, of Vero Beach with capital sexual battery and aggravated child abuse Thursday. He was being held without bail at the Indian River County Jail.
Family members took the infant to Indian River Medical Center
after discovering his injuries about 10 p.m. Wednesday, the affidavit
states. Detectives said Williams had care of the child alone during the
time of the attack. The boy was flown to St. Mary's Children Hospital in
West Palm Beach.
Williams faced four charges in 2006 for sexual battery on a child
under the age of 12, according to court records. However, he was not
prosecuted for any of the charges

Oh, them fools in the pen is gonna do more than THAT, especially the ones who got kids and WISH they could see em'. He won't survive the first WEEK in there....and he won't be able to walk up right AGAIN for the rest of his Sick Twisted life.

This is so sad I sit here with tears in my eyes and wonder why this little baby had to suffer what he did in the hands of that monster! I hope the Chester haters or Chomo haters in prison see this in the news paper and rip in to shreds for hurting this baby. May god be with this baby and his family and I hope he will be ok... I'm so heart broken for his parents.....

Um,even if he wasn't convicted,if he was up on charges back in 2006...why would "family members" leave a kid anywhere near him without some kind of supervision?
