Leon Walker Faces Jail Time For Reading Wife's Email
ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. — A Rochester Hills man who says he learned of his wife's affair by reading her e-mail on their computer faces trial Feb. 7 on felony computer misuse charges.
Thirty-three-year-old Leon Walker used his wife's password to get into her Gmail account. Clara Walker filed for a divorce, which was granted this month.
Leon Walker tells The Oakland Press of Pontiac he was trying to protect the couple's children from neglect and calls the case a "miscarriage of justice."
Oakland County Assistant Prosecutor Sydney Turner says the charge is justified.
Privacy law writer Frederick Lane tells the Detroit Free Press the law typically is used to prosecute identity theft and stealing trade secrets. He says he questions if a wife can expect privacy on a computer she shares with her husband.
Honestly the wife cannot be mad because apparently she kept the password in a book, next to the computer. Anyways she was bound to get caught since her husband was a PC technician (not sure what kind).

Yeah she cant expect to have privacy rights on the Family computer when said privacy affects the WHOLE family.
I would be Mad as hell if the Bitch tried to get me for felony computer misuse charges on the computer in my fuckin house that I bought.
It's ok cause at least he has evidence and can keep the house, car, kids, and get her ass for child support and I hope he tries for Alimony too.

Apparently,her -first- husband used to beat that azz. THAT'S who she was having the affair with! And the kids were hers from a -second- marriage;the guy who got arrested was 'contestant #3'!
I read the full article yesterday and was like "I wouldn't buy a damn used CAR with 2 previous owners-why would you wife up...ah,never mind!"
