Ok ok, it might be funny but this is extremely common in China (where this picture was likely taken), they don't use diapers because they are simply too poor so when at home, this is how they do it.

I never claim to have all of the answers but one thing that I do know is that a cloth diaper, when in desperate times, does not have to be purchased but could simply be taken from off of your back and wrapped around an infant's ass instead of cutting a hole into a cup and shoving the baby's penis inside it. This is the type of shit done when in need of a urine sample. And it's sad!!!

In China and other Asian countries, they simply don't do diapers. Its not about poor or rich, its just not done. Google "chinese potty training" and you will see more of these crotchless clothes. Babies are potty trained starting in the first month and many are successfully day-trained by age 4-6 months old.
