Ernest Eugene Oveal Charged With Injury To Child
HOUSTON -- A Houston father has been accused of beating his 2-year-old son to death while he disciplined him over toilet training.
Ernest Eugene Oveal, 25, was charged with injury to a child.
Houston
police said Oveal found his son in bed with a soiled diaper so he put
him on a training toilet in their home in the 9700 block of Mesa Drive
on Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
He returned a short time later to find that the boy, Ernest Eugene Oveal Jr., had thrown feces in the room, police said.
Oveal got a belt and disciplined his son, who became limp and stopped breathing, according to investigators.
The
toddler suffered head trauma and was taken to Memorial Hermann
Children's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Houston police said they are awaiting autopsy results to determine the exact cause of death.
There's a special place in the most Southern part of HELL for him.

I remember when my son was potty training, lil nigga gave part of his wall a new makeover, there was booboo all over the wall! smh come on though dude it wasnt that serious and nothing will ever be that serious to beat a child that dam much! his first class to hell and gasoline underwear are waiting for him to pick up

You DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, beat a child into potty training! Just because its inconvenient to you and diapers are expensive, that DOES NOT give you the right to beat a child. Evidently the child is not ready to be trained, and when you are training, you will have set backs! Ive potty trained 3 children, and not ONCE, have I EVER spanked my children while doing so. The trained right on time, and it was a smooth process, because we werent in a hurry, and they were age appropriate. DEALING WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE!!! YOU CANT BEAT A CHILD FOR EVERYTHING!!! NOT TO TOUGHEN EM UP OR GET THEM POTTY TRAINED!!

BTW, average age for potty training is 3 to 3/12, some get it earlier, some dont...but dont beat children into submission....
