Mark Ray Anderson, a 32-year-old registered sex offender was jailed Sunday after the mother of a 14-year-old girl found her daughter naked in a motel room with Anderson.
And somehow he managed to avoid being arrested for a sex crime of any kind!
According to Tarpon Springs police, the mother of a 14-year-old girl set out to find her daughter after learning she had gone to a motel. When she arrived, she found the door to the room unlocked.
Inside the room, she found her intoxicated and naked daughter inside with Anderson. She immediately called police.
When investigators arrived on the scene, they found drugs and pornographic movies in the room.
A criminal history check revealed that Anderson had been convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior with a child under the age of 16 in Pinellas County back in 1996. He is now required to register as a sex offender. Authorities, however determined that no inappropriate touching took place, particularly because the underage girl in question refused implicate Anderson in a sexual act. Anderson was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in lieu of $6,500 bail. Anderson has a prior history in Pinellas County of failing to register as a sex offender, failing to appear in court to answer those charges and resisting arrest when police took him into custody.

I wish young girls would learn that it don't matter how much you "think" he likes you or whatever the fuck he says he'll do for you/TO you.. A 32 year old has no place with a 16 year old girl. Not only is he disgusting but shes enabling a pedophile to continue doing what he was doing before.

Let me find my 14 year old child drunk with a 32 year old man. The cook county coroner would be coming to pick his ass up, not the police!

you'll call him a pedo, but in my country this is common. this makes me realize how different my culture is from others. even in our courts of justice i've never heard the word pedophile use. o_0

Is it just me or isnt there laws in these United States that state that the minor child shouldnt be naked in a hotel or motel room with an adult who isnt the parent or legal guardian of said minor Im allowing for children to take baths, only that shouldve been enough, because she doesnt state that anything sexual happened doesnt mean anything thats why we call them minors IM PISSED they rather give him drug charges then let him get butt raped in jail SMH now when he moves to the next one WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! And when a mother father sister brother auntie uncle grandma or grandpa blows his damn brains out they will get locked down for being a vilgilante????????? Wow our priorities are so messed up!!!!!

The teenager is just as guilty. They both knew they should not be messing with each other. Hell, she 14, she know that mess ain't cool and his old as knows too.
