Episode #12291 - Hot Off The Presses: Mama You Ain't Shyt
Oakland, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Jill McVay, a 25-year-old Florida woman was jailed Wednesday after she allegedly solicited sex from an undercover officer while her twin babies were left alone in a nearby car.
According to police, officers were conducting and undercover sting operation when they noticed a woman loitering near a parked Oldsmobile. Officers pulled up to McVay and negotiated an agreement for paid sex. She reportedly climbed into the would-be john's car - which was stopped by detectives a few blocks away for the arrest.
That's when McVay allegedly told detectives that she had left her 1-month-old daughter and son back in the Oldsmobile. Investigators checked the car and found both children asleep in their car seats. When questioned about why she'd leave two children behind to turn a trick, McVay reportedly stated that she needed to earn money in order to return to her home in Stockton. "What else am I supposed to do," McVay stated.
McVay was booked into jail on charges of prostitution and child endangerment.

My 2 cents: I have never been a big fan of these Prostitute/John stings. Police do this to prove what exactly? That there are people who should be locked up because they fuck for money? Because they pay for sex?

truthfully, many women fuck for money all the time. it's just not random strangers we hop into the car with. seriously, how often do women say that we're not giving up the goods for free? i learned about free love, it ain't shit. gimme a man to pay my bills. i don't support the prostitute's lifestyle, but as long as she's not hurting anyone else and the sex is consensual, i say it's between her, the john, and their god. but to leave those two priceless babies alone while you do that is just horrible.

"What else?" I been on some really hard times in my life... REALLY hard times... and NEVER did selling my ass become a possible option for making ends meet. Go to a church, a shelter, or something.. hell stand at the damn gas station and beg if you have to... but leave your kids to go suck a dick??? That's a crackhead. She ain't trying to get home or none of that shit. She on that shit.
Hell, I don't even leave my kids in the car to run in and pay for gas. Some people just do NOT need to have children.

Why police do these stings: Oh, I don't know...maybe to bring down the rate of STDs out in our communities. Or maybe they are trying to combat other forms of crime related to prostitution (drugs, human trafficking, assault, weapons violations, etc).
