  When I graduated high school, I moved to Cali to go to college. I was in the Nursing program there. After one year we started clinical, which is where half of your school hours are done in the hospital. I had two patients that had no butt cheeks from going across the border into Mexico to get flu shots, where they used homemade mixtures and dirty needles.
  
  THIS actually looks great compared to my patients.
  
  BTW... that is when I quit and why I am now an accountant.
