Episode #13085 - Hot Off The Presses: Mama You Ain't Shyt
A Brevard County woman was arrested after she drove her 6-year-old daughter to their meeting with the Department of Children and Families while she was high on marijuana, police said.
Last week's alleged offense marked the 14th time Tina Nail has been arrested, according to documents WPBF.com received from police in Palm Bay.
Nail's daughter told investigators "in great detail" that her mother was smoking marijuana, and telling her that "it should be called tobacco," according to those documents.
When Nail was taken into police custody, she told officers that she was currently out on bond for a burglary charge. Nail faces a possession charge, as well as one of child neglect, which is what she was first charged with in a rap sheet that dates back to 2000.
The daughter, who complained of dizziness and stomach discomfort, was transported to an area hospital.

Not everyone is capable of being responsible a responsible smoker, just the same as not everyone is capable of being a responsible drinker... hell, let's face it.. some people just aren't capable of being responsible on any level.
