Episode #14021 - Hot Off The Presses: You Ain't Shyt

HOUSTON (KTRK/CNN) – A woman allegedly took her special needs daughter for an abortion to protect her son from sexual assault charges.

Cynthia Greenwood appeared in court for allegedly taking her 12-year-old special needs adopted daughter to get an abortion because the father was her son. Isaac Greenwood, 19, has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault of a child.

Child Protective Services launched its investigation after someone called in an anonymous tip stating the 12-year-old became hysterical when Greenwood took her in for an abortion in Cleveland, OH. In a videotaped interview, the 12-year-old stated she got pregnant because her brother had sex with her.

"These forensics interviews are trained to interview children of all ages and children with special needs also to try to get from them the truth and what happened," said Estella Olguin with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. The alleged victim is now 13-years-old and in foster care.

Sick fucking asshole. May he get impregnated with LOTS AND LOTS of penis in prison. I don't advocate rape of any kind. This is definitely a necessary exception.
